Jeff Miller – Owner and Chief Executive Officer
In 2011 Jeff’s entrepreneurial spirit motivated him to purchase the company he worked for a decade earlier. After years of diverse general construction experience in both the government and private sectors, Jeff has brought his MEP experience to a company well known for Design / Build expertise. His return ushered in a new era of innovation, quality, and integrity with a focus on total customer satisfaction.
Tim Jezik – Vice President of Service Operations
Skilled and adaptable with experience in implementing and overseeing change, Tim has a proven track record of exceeding performance expectations. He remains “customer focused” and adheres to budgets and timescales. Tim has the ability to bring about the fundamental changes needed to respond to changing Union labor, commercial applications, energy efficiencies, and financial factors. With strong strategic vision, he has the ability to successfully deliver complex multi-equipment service contracts and projects.
Sabrina Placzek – Office Manager
With multiple backgrounds in HR, contract management, accounting, purchasing, and MBE/WBE/DBE compliance, Sabrina wears many hats and has been an integral part of the company from the start. She is fluent in Union labor policy & procedures, accounting, contract review, and information technology. She also administrates the company’s employee benefits & policy programs.
Takis Sarantos – CFO
Takis incorporated the company and has built a successful and financially sound contracting business. He has kept the avenues to innovation open thru the years and as oversight experts have confirmed, growth and financial strength has followed. He promotes progressive ideas while remembering what works.
Rob Swe – Construction and Safety Manager
Rob combines a wealth of industry knowledge and experience with construction management and trade coordination skills to run field operations and to enforce safety policy. With industry insight and a strong work ethic Rob continues to motivate and educate fellow tradesman. Despite having a wealth of training and certifications he continually seeks additional training.
Karen Mead – Service Coordinator
With a background in HVAC customer service and expertise with technician dispatch software, Karen excels as a front line resource for our Service Customers. Karen coordinates the activities of Midwest MEP’s service technicians. With her friendly voice and can-do attitude she has endeared herself to customers and co-workers alike.
